As a direct manufacturer, we control quality and cost. For international orders, we work with top logistics partners (including DHL, FedEx, UPS, and major shipping lines) to ensure your custom screens arrive safely and affordably.

• LCL & FCL: We support Less than Container Load (LCL) for small businesses and Full Container Load (FCL) for large distributors.
• Door-to-Door: For express and some air freight orders, we can deliver directly to your home or warehouse.
• Customs Documentation: We provide all necessary commercial invoices, packing lists, and Certificates of Origin to ensure smooth customs clearance.

Production & Processing Time

Unlike ready-to-ship items, your screens are made specifically for you. Please factor in production time before shipping:

• Samples: 5-7 business days.
• Bulk Orders: 15-25 business days, depending on order volume and complexity.
• Custom OEM Orders: 20-30 business days (including packaging and logo printing).

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number (for express/air) or a Bill of Lading (for sea freight). You can track your shipment at any time, and our team is always available on WhatsApp to give you a status update.

Customs & Duties

For most international orders, customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. If you have specific requirements (e.g., DDP - Delivered Duty Paid), please let us know during the quotation phase, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Packaging

We take packaging seriously to prevent damage during transit. Screens are carefully wrapped with protective film, reinforced with cardboard edge protectors, and packed into heavy-duty cartons.
