The OEM Process

  1. Enquiry Tell us the product type, target market, estimated volumes and any branding requirements.

  2. Specification We agree the system type, mesh, frame finish, fixing method, colour and packaging. Climate and insect profile are taken into account.

  3. Sampling Physical samples produced and shipped by express. Frame colour samples supplied for approval. Sampling typically takes 5–10 days plus transit.

  4. Sample approval You approve the sample. Any changes to mesh, colour, system or packaging are made at this stage, before bulk production.

  5. Bulk production Production takes 15–25 days depending on volume and complexity. We provide production updates and photographs at key stages.

  6. Quality control Each order is checked before packing — dimensions, mesh tension, frame finish, system operation and packaging.

  7. Shipping Sea freight, air freight, rail or express, depending on volume and urgency. Customs support and full logistics coordination included.

Volume and Pricing Minimum order quantities vary by product and customisation. Standard products have lower minimums; fully custom sizes, colours and packaging have higher ones. Tell us your target volume and we’ll confirm.

Factory-direct pricing applies to all OEM orders — you’re buying from the manufacturer, not through a distributor.

Tiered pricing is available for larger volumes and repeat orders.

Samples are charged at sample rate and are not free, but the cost is typically credited against the first bulk order. Confirm with our team when you enquire.
